I forgot my login password. What should I do?
Kindly click on 'Forgot Password' > input your email > click 'Get Verification Code,' > check your email for the verification code, and then change your password accordingly.
I am having difficulty connecting to Bluetooth, and I don't know the name of the Bluetooth device.
Take a look at the bottom of the box to find your ring size, color, and a MAC address. Check if the MAC address on the box matches the one shown in the app.
What should be the color of the light on the charging dock – is it green or white? Should it blink while charging or remain continuously lit? How can I determine when it's fully charged, and will the light disappear once charging is complete?
1) During charging, the indicator light on the charging base pulses white and flashes.
2) When fully charged, the indicator light on the charging base remains a solid white.
The ring is stuck on the charging dock and cannot be removed. What should I do?
The charging stand is designed to prevent hard insertion. If it cannot be inserted, it cannot be forced in. It MUST be turned to a suitable angle before it can be put down and charged. Each ring corresponds to a charging base size. Kindly do not mix these.

Why all the parameters has data but my oxygen saturation is indicated NA?
Currently, the ring actively starts measuring blood oxygen at 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. at night, but sometimes the wearer does not wear it tightly enough, resulting in no data. We are actively working to address this issue. Typically, the ring should provide at least two sets of data under normal circumstances. In cases where data is missing, we're conducting tests and collaborating with the supplier to ensure consistent functionality.
I wore the ring throughout the entire day, but only the sleep-related information was captured. Should I only wear it during sleep for accurate data?
At this stage, we are focusing on nighttime data, but this does not mean that we will not use daytime data in the future, such as step count, active measurement data, etc.
